When In Rome II

When In Rome II, originating from Manchester, England, delivers synth-pop and new wave. Led by keyboardist Michael Floreale, and featuring Tony Fennell, the band is celebrated for its iconic hit "The Promise." Their album "When In Rome II" includes songs like "Last Train" and "Eventide," showcasing their melodic vocals and organic sound. The original "The Promise" was a Billboard #1 hit.
