Born in Lettsworth, Louisiana, Buddy Guy is a celebrated Chicago blues guitarist who began recording in 1959 and hit in 1960 with "First Time I Met the Blues." He earned multiple Grammys, was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and opened Chicago club Legends.
