PLEASE NOTE - FIVE is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office, and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

Transportation Recommendations

PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pickup/drop-off location near the entrance for your convenience.

Need an Access Code? Sign up for our newsletter to get new show announcements, exclusive presale codes, rental discounts, and more. Sign up HERE. Presale codes are usually sent out on Thursdays at 10am as part of our weekly newsletter.

Ticket Purchase Terms

• No refunds - no exceptions.
• Lineups and times are subject to change.
• Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of FIVE and/or TicketWeb.
• Tickets purchased from 3rd party resellers or any other ticketing websites are not allowed.

Event Entry Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry to age-restricted events.
• All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult at any all-ages show.
• Tickets available at the door (if not sold out).
• No re-entry.
