Born in South Central LA, jazz saxophonist Gerald Albright excels across multiple instruments. He’s known for hits like "Just Between Us" and "24/7" with Norman Brown. Albright’s collaborations include Patrice Rushen, Quincy Jones, and Dave Koz. His albums, such as "Slam Dunk" and "Summer Horns," frequently top jazz charts, and he runs his own label, Bright Music.

Keiko Matsui, born in Tokyo, is renowned for her fusion of smooth jazz, fusion, and new age music. Her albums, like 1995's chart-topping Sapphire and 2016's Journey to the Heart, showcase her blend of Western and Eastern influences. Collaborating with artists such as Eric Marienthal, Bob James, and Kirk Whalum, she crafted hits like "Mountain Shakedown" and "Echo." Jesse Cook, a Canadian guitarist known for his fusion of flamenco and world music, debuted with the album Tempest in 1995. He has 10 Gold/Platinum albums and 5 PBS specials, and tours internationally. Cook's style blends various global influences, creating a unique and evolving sound that celebrates diversity.
