Changing Faces

Changing Faces, a New York urban soul duo similar to TLC and SWV, featured East Harlem's Cassandra Lucas and Bronx's Charisse Rose. Known for hits like "Stroke You Up" and "G.H.E.T.T.O.U.T." crafted by R. Kelly, their soulful, gospel-infused vocals achieved major R&B chart success in the '90s.

Angela Winbush

Angela Winbush, from St. Louis, is known for her solo R&B hit "Angel" and as half of René & Angela, with hits like "Your Smile." She collaborated with Stevie Wonder and wrote for Stephanie Mills. Winbush, also a producer, was married to Ronald Isley and was featured in TV One's "Unsung."

Meli'sa Morgan

Meli'sa Morgan launched her solo career in 1985 when her cover of Prince's "Do Me Baby" topped the R&B charts. She scored Top Ten R&B hits "Do You Still Love Me?" and "If You Can Do It: I Can Too!", and duetted with Kashif on the No. 2 "Love Changes."
