Cherub Tree, formed by Brenna Lea and Ryan Shakeri in Washington D.C., blends Punk Rock, 90s Grunge, and Riot Grrrl styles. Known for the anthem "not yours, never was," their unique sound earned them two 2024 Washington DC Music Awards. With Naomi Seat and Sam Elliott, they released "MADONNA" at The Black Cat, tackling women's rights and patriarchy. Collaborating with producer Reese Clutter on their debut album.
