Chesney Hawkes became one of the biggest pop stars of his era with his irresistible mega-hit ‘The One and Only’, officially recognized as one of the top 20 most successful songs of the ’90s. Having spent an unprecedented five weeks at number one and achieving global chart success, ‘The One and Only’ has become an era-defining anthem, whilst also ranking as one of the most synced songs in TV and film history.

But, of course, there is more to the ‘nicest guy in pop’ than one song! Last year saw him burst back into our lives in a blaze of glory, releasing Living Arrows to critical acclaim and hitting the top of the charts again, as well as achieving BBC Radio 2’s coveted ‘Album of the Week’ amongst other accolades.

Four playlisted hits, an arena tour with James Blunt, duetting with Robbie Williams, making the final of Celebrity Big Brother, and becoming the online face of Waitrose’s Christmas campaign have all contributed to Chesney being very much back in our hearts and minds where he belongs.

Having sold out his ‘Smash It to Pieces’ UK and European tours, he’s back for more with his ‘Live ’27’ tour. Chesney says, ‘Being on the road and being with fans is where I’m happiest. I can’t wait to start the next chapter of this journey, which promises to be bigger and better than ever, and this tour will give a glimpse into many things that will surprise fans.’

So, if your ailment is a yearning for nostalgia and shared live experiences with actual humans and not AI bots—all while listening to ‘knock-the-door-down’ proper pop songs and having a good old laugh—then a Chesney Hawkes show in ’27 is your remedy.
