Born in Kingston, Jamaica, and raised in Brooklyn, Chubb Rock is renowned for his authoritative rap flow. Key to the late '80s and early '90s hip-hop scene, he collaborated with Howie Tee, resulting in hits like "Treat 'Em Right." Known for "Ya Bad Chubbs," he reached the top 30 Billboard R&B charts.
