Jay Ernest, born in Honolulu, formed Church of Cash in 2010. Known for their authentic Johnny Cash tribute, the band features Jay's deep baritone. They've toured globally and earned the 2019 Midwest CMA Best Tribute Award and a 2021 Minnesota Music Hall of Fame induction.
