Bay Area instrumental math rock trio formed in 2014 by San Jose guitarist/composer Yvette Young, known for her two-handed finger-tapping style. Released EPs Currents (2015), Effloresce (2018), debut album Technicolor (2020), and catharsis (2023).
Circa Survive, formed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2004, is an American rock band known for its unique blend of alternative, progressive, and post-hardcore genres. Featuring Anthony Green's distinctive vocals, they are celebrated for inventive arrangements and dynamic performances. Notable albums include Juturna, On Letting Go, Blue Sky Noise, and Two Dreams. They gained recognition for songs like "Act Appalled" and "Get Out."
Toronto punk band PUP are known for snarling, self-deprecating songs like “If This Tour Doesn’t Kill You, I Will” and albums including The Unraveling of PUPTHEBAND. Their four albums are critically acclaimed, and their live shows keep growing.
Formed in New Brunswick, NJ in 1998, Thursday have sold millions worldwide and released six critically acclaimed albums (1999–2011), including influential Full Collapse and War All The Time. They’ve toured with acts like My Chemical Romance and The Gaslight Anthem.
Louisville, Kentucky's Elliott forged an influential emo and post-hardcore sound. Known for dynamic live shows and emotionally charged music, they blend layered guitars, powerful drums, soaring vocals. Albums like "U.S. Songs" and the acclaimed "False Cathedrals" shaped the emo landscape. The band reunited in 2022.
La Dispute are a Michigan post-hardcore band featuring vocalist Jordan Dreyer. Their albums include Panorama, Wildlife, and Rooms Of The House, and their fifth studio LP No One Was Driving the Car was entirely produced by the group.
The Prize Fighter Inferno is Claudio Sanchez's (Coheed and Cambria) acoustic/electronica and folk rock project, originating from Valley Cottage, NY. Known for deeply personal themes and expanding "The Amory Wars" narrative, notable albums include "My Brother's Blood Machine" and "The City Introvert". Popular songs include "The Going Price For Home" and "Death Rattle".
Formed in 2015, Chicago’s Slow Mass is a fluid-cast indie rock/post-hardcore band. They released Treasure Pains (2016) and debut album On Watch (2018), praised by Pitchfork and named a best Chicago album of the 2010s by Chicago Reader.
Clarion, an East LA band, blends shoegaze, post-punk, and Japanese rock. Known for their immersive sound, Saya (vocals/bass), Anthony (guitar), and Joseph (drums) formed the group in late 2023. Their "Clarion" EP features the popular song "Hello Juliet," which garnered millions of streams. They released the "Blue Fairy" EP in 2026. The band is recognized for community involvement.
