Formed in LA's South Bay in 1979 by ex-Black Flag vocalist Keith Morris and Redd Kross guitarist Greg Hetson, Circle Jerks became punk icons. Known for ferocious performances and major hits, they starred in cult films and led the 80's punk scene. Celebrated 40th anniversary recently.

Adolescents

Adolescents, a seminal hardcore band from Fullerton, CA, helped define Orange County punk alongside Agent Orange and Social Distortion. Known for their high energy and teenage snottiness, they released influential albums like "Adolescents" (1981) and "Brats in Battalions" (1987). Key members included vocalist Tony Reflex and bassist Steve Soto. Despite a brief initial run, they reunited in 2001 and continued to release music, with "Cropduster" in 2018 marking their final album with Soto. The band's legacy includes collaborations with Social Distortion members and notable singles such as "Amoeba."
