[Notice] Cancellation of the CIX 4th Concert [THUNDER FEVER] IN SAN FRANCISCO

This is MyMusicTaste. We regret to inform you that the CIX 4th Concert [THUNDER FEVER] IN SAN FRANCISCO, scheduled for July 17th, 2025, has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite our best efforts to find a path forward, we were ultimately unable to proceed with the tour as planned. We recognize the anticipation and excitement surrounding these shows, and we deeply regret that we're unable to bring this experience to FIX in Europe and North America.

Full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders, and information regarding this process will be updated shortly. Please keep an eye out on our official social media channels for updates. Thank you for understanding and continued support.

Refund Process

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days.

Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
