Colin Hay, born in Saltcoats, Scotland, found fame as the lead singer of Australian band Men at Work with hits like "Down Under." He transitioned to a solo career, moving to Los Angeles and founding Lazy Eye Records. Known for folk-pop tunes and acting, he gained popularity in the 2000s thanks to Zach Braff featuring his music in "Scrubs" and "Garden State." Hay toured extensively, collaborated with Ringo Starr, and was the subject of the 2015 documentary "Colin Hay: Waiting for My Real Life."
Glen Phillips, born lead singer of Toad the Wet Sprocket, is known for folk/pop with introspective lyrics. He’s released solo albums and worked with Nickel Creek’s Mutual Admiration Society.
