Vancouver hard rock band Default formed in 1999 as the Fallout by Jeremy Hora and Danny Craig, later joined by singer Dallas Smith. Their local radio hit Deny led to a TVT deal. Debut album The Fallout (2001) was produced by Rick Parashar.
