Volker Weininger

Volker Weininger, born 1971 in Waldbröl, Germany, is a celebrated kabarettist, author, and Büttenredner. He is widely known as "Der Sitzungspräsident" in the Cologne Carnival, where he captivates audiences with sharp wit, self-irony, and social commentary, often delivered in a "tipsy" Kölsch dialect. Weininger has garnered multiple "Närrischer Oscar" awards and released notable albums such as "Solo!" and "Der Schulmärchenreport."
