Chicago house DJ/producer Derrick Carter began DJing at nine. He debuted with the 1987 single Love Me Right and returned in the mid-’90s with Organico releases and an album as Sound Patrol. He’s released mix albums and founded Blue Cucaracha and Classic.

Queen, formed in 1971 by Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon, blended heavy metal and prog rock with camp humor. Known for hits like "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "Somebody to Love," they achieved superstardom with the 1975 album "A Night at the Opera". Mercury's charisma and unique voice defined the band, while each member contributed signature songs. They collaborated with artists like David Bowie and continued to gain international fame. After Mercury's death in 1991, the band's legacy persisted, bolstered by the 2018 film "Bohemian Rhapsody". Now, Queen tours with Adam Lambert as frontman.
