The Orpheum Theatre is a 2,688-capacity concert hall in downtown Vancouver, BC, originally opened in 1927 as a lavish movie palace and vaudeville house designed in Spanish Renaissance style, now a National Historic Site of Canada. It serves as the permanent home of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, offering a grand, ornate setting with a distinctive hand-painted Orpheus mural.
