The Orb, born in the UK, pioneered ambient house, blending Chicago house rhythms with synths and effects. Known for tracks like "Little Fluffy Clouds" and albums like U.F.Orb, they topped UK charts and worked with Pink Floyd's David Gilmour and Lee "Scratch" Perry.
