New venue name! In the coming weeks, The Hawthorn will become The Cassidy. You'll still see the same familiar faces when you arrive for concerts and events and don't worry about your tickets having our old name on them. Everything purchased prior to this change is still valid and there's nothing for you to do. See you at the show!

All tickets are general admission, standing room only. Limited barstool seating will be available on a first come, first served basis.

The Hawthorn is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up / drop off location near the entrance for your convenience.

No refunds - no exceptions. Lineups and times are subject to change. Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events. Tickets available at the door (if not sold out). No re-entry. Physical tickets available at the box office.
