Die Sterne, from Germany's Hamburger Schule, blend post-punk, new wave, funk, and indie pop. Known for their quirky style, their album "Wo Ist Hier" peaked at #27 in 1999. Formed by Frank Spilker, they collaborated with Thomas Wenzel and Richard von der Schulenburg. They toured in North America in 1998 and released numerous albums, gaining critical acclaim for their inventive sound.
