Enrico Pieranunzi

Enrico Pieranunzi, born 1949 in Rome, Italy, is a celebrated jazz pianist, composer, and arranger. Renowned for blending classical technique with jazz, his lyrical and eclectic style features in over 80 albums. His compositions, including "Night Bird" and "Fellini's Waltz," are jazz standards. Pieranunzi has collaborated with Chet Baker and Charlie Haden, earning the French Django d'Or and German Echo Jazz Award. He is the only Italian to record at the Village Vanguard. Notable albums include "Fauréver" and "Perspectives".
