Age Restrictions

This event is 18+, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No refunds will be issued for failure to produce proper identification.

Ticket Delivery and Specifications

In order to prevent secondary market re-sale activity, there is a delivery delay on everyone's tickets. You will receive an email from Ticketweb 48 hours prior to the show's start time. You can pull up the tickets on your phone and scan them at the door.

This ticket is valid for standing room only, general admission. ADA accommodations are available on the day of the show.

VIP Package Details

Thank you for purchasing an ERNEST VIP Package. Package details and tour production are subject to change without notice. Tickets will be distributed based on your elected delivery method. Your merchandise items included in the package will be available for pickup at the venue on the day of the show at the designated VIP check-in location (or other designated location at the venue). Pickup is on the date of the event only.

Check-in location and time information will be emailed out by vipnation@engage.ticketmaster.com 3-5 days before the show. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately (info@vipnation.com). All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. All sales are final.

You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER NAME on this order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver release of liability.
