Collaborating with Full Force and C&C Music Factory, her platinum hits influenced artists like J-Lo and Cardi B, making her a pivotal figure in Latin music.
Dance/freestyle artist Cynthia, born in New York, launched her career in 1987 with hits like "Change on Me" and "Dream Boy/Dream Girl." Known for collaborations with Johnny O and K7, she was signed to MicMac and later Tommy Boy Records. Her music shifted towards club sounds with remixes by Todd Terry. Cynthia's work includes the album *Cynthia's Greatest Hits*.
