Formed in 2011 at Leeds College of Music, UK 9-piece Nubiyan Twist fuse jazz, afrobeat, soul and hip-hop. AIM Award and MOBO nominees, supported by PRS Momentum and MEGS, and collaborators with Nile Rodgers, Seun Kuti and Tony Allen.
Formed in London in the early '90s, The Herbaliser, led by Jake Wherry and Ollie Teeba, gained fame for their cinematic soul, funk, and hip hop fusion. Signed to Ninja Tune, they released notable works like "Remedies" and collaborated with Rodney P. Touring globally, they produced acclaimed albums and DJ mixes for Ninja Tune and Fabriclive.
Fat Freddy’s Drop are a New Zealand live band formed in Wellington’s club scene in 1999. Their sound blends soul vocals and jazz harmonies with tape delays and digital sonics. Releases include Lock-In (2020) and Wairunga.
Leeds-formed in 2006, Gentleman's Dub Club are a nine-piece UK reggae/electronic collective known for dub and soundsystem culture. Albums include FOURtyFOUR, Big Smoke, Dubtopia and Down to Earth; guests include Lady Chann and Taiwan MC.

England-born reggae DJ known in England and Jamaica. Inspired by Millie Small’s “My Boy Lollipop,” he became a DJ at 15, joined Radio London in 1978, and later spent over a decade at Capital Radio before Kiss FM. Compiled The Kings of Reggae (2007).
