Fleshwater, a Boston-origin rock band formed in 2017 as a Vein.fm side project, blends alternative metal, shoegaze, and post-hardcore. julie (stylized in all lowercase) is an American rock band from Orange County, California, formed in 2018. Signed to Atlantic Records, they are known for their genre-bending sound, fusing shoegaze, noise rock, and grunge. Their viral debut single "flutter" was released in 2020, followed by their EP "pushing daisies" in 2021. Their debut album, "my anti-aircraft friend," was released in 2024. The trio is currently touring.
