General Admission Details

All tickets on the floor are general admission, standing room only. Limited high-top tables and barstool seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Burnout Days Pre-Show VIP Experience

• One (1) General Admission Floor ticket
• Invitation to pre-show VIP experience with flipturn, including:
• Unplugged soundcheck performance of songs not on the setlist (2-3 songs)
• Q&A session

• Early entry into the venue

Venue Guidelines

• The Hawthorn is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office, and guest services window.
• Please rideshare - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation. There is a designated rideshare pick-up/drop-off location near the entrance for your convenience.
• Absolutely no refunds - no exceptions.
• Lineups and times are subject to change.
• Any ticket suspected of being purchased for resale can be canceled at the discretion of The Hawthorn and/or Ticketweb.
• Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events.
• Tickets available at the door (if not sold out).
• No re-entry.

VIP Packages Powered by Sofar

Here's what you need to know:

1. You'll receive an email from vip@sofar.com 48 hours before the event with instructions for redeeming your VIP package.
2. All sales are final.
3. VIP activities may occur up to 3-4 hours before the show, please plan accordingly.
4. The original purchaser must show their photo ID at VIP check-in to redeem the package elements.
5. All persons in attendance must have a VIP package including a ticket to the event. This includes parental escorts.
6. If you require ADA accommodations, please reach out to vip@sofar.com in advance of the event.
7. VIP merchandise must be picked up at the event during check-in unless otherwise communicated.
8. Sofar reserves the right to cancel packages for any reason.
9. VIP package elements are non-transferable and not valid if resold.
10. Communication about your purchase may be sent via SMS to the provided phone number.

Tour Details

Indie rock / dream pop band Flipturn are hitting the road with their The Burnout Days Tour, with 40 concerts lined up from October 31st 2024 to April 18th 2025. With 30 shows in the USA, and the rest spread across Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and Canada, some top cities Flipturn will be performing at include Berlin, London, Houston, LA, Seattle, New York, Toronto and Orlando, amongst many more locations. Additional tour dates may still be announced, but with 40 dates already scheduled, it may be unlikely.

Eleni Drake will be supporting Flipburn on their European dates. VIP packages are available for most of the US tour dates, including a pre-show experience, Q&A session and exclusive merch. The Flipturn tour 2024-2025 anticipates the releaase of the band’s third studio album, “Burnout Days,” which is due for release in 2025. Book your tickets now, before it’s too late!
