Ken Peplowski, born in Cleveland, is a top clarinetist and tenor player well-known for keeping swing and traditional jazz alive. Emerging in NYC in the '80s, he debuted with "Double Exposure" in 1988. Peplowski has collaborated with jazz icons like Benny Goodman and Madonna, and released acclaimed albums like "Sensitive to the Touch" and "In Search Of...". He won the Sarasota Jazz Festival’s "Satchmo" award and HotHouse Magazine's clarinetist of the year. His 2018 big band album "Sunrise" and 2019 duet "Counterpoint" with Dick Hyman showcase his enduring influence.

Every Wednesday at The Birdland Theater, Frank leads Frank Vignolas Guitar Night. Inspired by journeyman jazz guitarist John Pisanos now famous Los Angeles Guitar Night, Frank Vignola and friends will perform tunes from the standard repertoire and welcome weekly guest artists.
