General Admission on the Grass Hill

General Admission on the Grass Hill has no chairs. Tickets are non-refundable. Every patron must have a ticket. Unless noted as reserved, tickets do NOT include a chair.

First-Come, First-Serve Basis

General admission is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Lawn chairs, non-clear bags, totes, backpacks, strollers, and umbrellas are not permitted. Please visit the venue website for more information on prohibited items.

Thunder Ridge Nature Arena is a non-smoking, and CASHLESS venue.

Event Cancellation and Refunds

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days.

Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
