Formed in 1968 by Danny Hutton, Cory Wells, and Chuck Negron, Three Dog Night achieved fame with hits like "Joy to the World." Known for bold, brassy sound, they spotlighted emerging songwriters, boosting careers of talents like Harry Nilsson and Randy Newman. Despite breakup in mid-'70s, they reunited in 1981, continuing to delight audiences with their classic hits.
