Doors at 6:30 pm | Show at 8:00 pm

CASHLESS VENUE - The Sylvee services all credit and debit payments only. No cash accepted. Guests are encouraged to bring a credit card for purchases inside the venue.

Bags (max size 12" x 6" x 12") are allowed and will be searched upon entry. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers. We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible.

Phone-Free Show Policy

This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space.

Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their belongings at all times and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space.

Anyone seen using a non-permitted device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

Seating and Accessibility

All General Admission Tickets are good for the standing General Admission Floor and GA Balcony areas on a first come first serve basis.

Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available online through Ticketmaster by filtering on the ADA Icon and selecting the Accessible Seats, or in person at The Sylvee Box Office during business hours. For additional information call 608-709-8157.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online up to the event start time. Once the event has started, if tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the Sylvee box office.
