Patrons who purchase VIP tickets are invited to attend a special reception at 6:30pm on the day of the show. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be catered by Havana Cafe.

Salsa Musical Setting

This exciting Salsa musical is set in the 1970s. New York City is on the verge of bankruptcy; crime, drugs, and graffiti rule the streets. A group of individuals turns protest into a force for social justice.

The Rodriguez Family

Roberto Rodriguez owns a record store in Spanish Harlem ("El Barrio"), where he lives with his wife and their four children. There is no shortage of drama in the Rodriguez family:

• The eldest son, Juan, comes home from jail.
• The eldest daughter, China, joins the Young Lords Party.
• The youngest son, Carlos, is law school-bound.
• The baby of the family, Paula, is as free-spirited as ever.

Despite it all, they rest on the foundation of family and the indestructible determination to succeed.
