George Murphy

Irish singer-songwriter George Murphy, from Dublin's Beaumont, blends folk with indie rock. His debut album, "Dreamed A Dream," hit No. 1 and achieved triple Platinum status. Known for his distinctive voice, he gained fame on "You're a Star." He performs with The Rising Sons, and has collaborated with The Dubliners and Christy Dignam.
