Folk artist Gillian Welch will be touring the US with her musical partner David Rawlings in 2025. This tour is to support their latest album Woodland, which has garnered a Grammy nomination. The duo also received a Best Americana Performance nomination for the song Empty Trainload of Sky from the album.
Currently, the pair is on their US Tour of 2024 promoting the album. After this wraps up on December 8, they will head over to Australia for two shows in Melbourne on January 31 and February 2, 2025.
The US Tour of 2025 will begin on February 28 and will pass through 25 cities before coming to a close on May 22. The duo will make stops in important cities like Phoenix, Los Angeles, Athens, New York, and San Francisco.
