Glen Matlock, born in London, is famed for writing most of the Sex Pistols' best songs. He left the band in 1977 but later toured with them in 1996. Known for his melodic sense and classic British rock style, Matlock led bands like Rich Kids, collaborated with Iggy Pop and the Faces, and wrote his autobiography. His 2023 solo LP "Consequences Coming" reflects political themes.
