Location and Event Information

The Neptune Theatre is located at 1313 NE 45th Street in Seattle's University District. Note that this is a general admission event, and the ADA section on the seating map does not represent a specific seat location. A maximum of eight tickets is allowed per patron. Orders exceeding the ticket limit may be canceled at the venue's discretion. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are available. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket, and no babies in arms are allowed. Mobile ticket delivery will be delayed until four days before the event.

Venue Policies

Please be aware that there will be metal detectors and a bag search at the door, so arrive early. Weapons are not permitted. More safety information is available at www.stgpresents.org/about/safety. There is no elevator access, and stairs are the only way to reach the balcony level.

ADA Accessible Seating

If you need to purchase ADA accessible seating, contact us by email at accessibility@stgpresents.org or call us at 206-682-1414 ext. 5 for any assistance with accommodations or companion seating. Each accessible seat contains an armless, freestanding chair for patrons with mobility impairments and their companions. The chair can be removed to accommodate a wheelchair.
