Clear Bag Policy

The Petersen Events Center has a clear bag policy for ALL events. Small clutch purses (roughly the size of a hand) are allowed.

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches.
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
• Logo on bag cannot exceed 4.5 inches tall by 3.4 inches wide.
• Small clutch purses, approximately the size of a hand, or 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches with or without a handle or strap, are allowed.
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at entry.
• Diaper Bags are permitted, but will be searched and tagged.

Delivery Delay for Tickets

There is a delivery delay for tickets until October 28, 2024. Barcode delivery and Transfer off until the delivery delay is lifted.

Accessible Seating Details

There is an accessible drop off area located in front of the building on Terrace Street. Wheelchair seating is available through all ticket purchasing channels.

Companion: These are permanent arena seats that are adjacent to the wheelchair space Wheelchair Accessible: This is a slot for wheelchairs that can be filled with a padded folding chair if the customer doesn't need the use of a wheelchair. Limited Mobility: These seats have plenty of room but require the patron to step down at the maximum one or two steps. Those with wheelchairs or scooters should not purchase these seats. Hearing impaired: If a sign language interpreter is needed please call the Box Office Manager at 510-566-9789. The interpreter must be ordered no later than 5 days before the performance.
