LineUp

"Hallelujah," by Canadian Leonard Cohen, is an iconic folk-rock song released in 1984. Known for its complex lyrics exploring faith, love, and humanity's struggles, it took Cohen years to write. While initially overlooked, John Cale's 1991 cover, and especially Jeff Buckley's 1994 rendition, propelled it to global recognition. It has been covered by hundreds of artists and featured in numerous films, becoming a timeless anthem.
Messiah (HWV 56) is an English-language oratorio composed in 1741 by George Frideric Handel, with a scriptural text compiled by Charles Jennens. First performed in Dublin on April 13, 1742, it reflects on the Christian narrative of Jesus Christ from birth and passion to resurrection and glorification. It has since become one of the best-known, most frequently performed, and enduring choral works in Western classical music.
