We're incredibly sorry to share that, due to unforeseen production and logistical challenges beyond our control, we have made the very difficult decision to cancel the upcoming tour in the U.S. and Canada. We explored every possible option to make these shows happen, but unfortunately, we reached a point where we could no longer move forward with the tour in the way that you deserve. We know many of you have been looking forward to these shows and have already made plans and preparations, and we're truly sorry for the disappointment this causes. We never take your time, support, or excitement for granted.

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets.
