Hiroshi Itsuki, born Kazuo Matsuyama in Fukui Prefecture, Japan, is a celebrated enka and pop singer-composer. Known for his deep, expressive vocals and powerful vibrato, he achieved immense success with hits like "Yokohama Tasogare" and "Nagaragawa Enka." He has garnered numerous Japan Record Awards, the Medal with Purple Ribbon, and the Order of the Rising Sun.
