Representing Luxembourg in Eurovision 1963 and opening for Johnny Hallyday, his "Aufray Chante Dylan" boosted his fame. Despite mixed reactions to later works, he maintained a cult following, celebrated milestones at Olympia, and explored Celtic and Latin influences in his later albums.
