French folk troubadour Hugues Aufray stood out in the 1960s pop scene by adapting Bob Dylan songs into French and scoring hits with Santiano and Celine. A disciple of Dylan, Aufray represented Luxembourg in the 1965 Eurovision Song Contest and released his celebrated tribute album Aufray Chante Dylan.
