Humbird and Frail Talk

Frail Talk, formed in Northern Colorado in 2020 by Alex Woodchek and Cor Wright, crafts "squiggly indie music for squiggly people" blending folk roots, soft pop, and synthetic sounds. Their albums include "New Creation Myths" (2021) and "Microspirit" (2024). Known for intimate, honest lyricism, they've been featured on NPR Tiny Desk's Top Shelf and were 2025 NPR Tiny Desk Contest finalists. Popular songs include "Sunday Dreamin'" and "slam dunk".

Humbird, led by Minneapolis-based Siri Undlin, crafts experimental folk and environmental Americana. Her music, known for storytelling and ethereal soundscapes, blends traditional and indie styles. Undlin is a Kerrville Folk Festival New Folk Award winner. Albums include "Right On" and "Still Life", with "Morning When It Comes" a notable addition. Her debut, "Pharmakon," garnered millions of streams. She often collaborates with musicians like Pat Keen and Shane Leonard.
