Cashless Environment

PHX Arena is now a cashless environment. Please plan on using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover during your visit. Don't have a credit/debit card? Convert cash into a preloaded Mastercard by visiting one of our reverse ATMs located near the Ticket Office or Section 218!

Transportation

When you purchase a ticket to a PHX Arena event, you can ride the Valley Metro Light Rail at no cost for four (4) hours prior to the event through the end of the transit day.

Mobile Tickets

With an increased focus on secure, contactless entry, mobile tickets will be required. All tickets will be delivered electronically with no exceptions; therefore, will call is no longer available. All tickets are available via the Ticketmaster app or the Suns-Mercury-PHX Arena app.

Tour Details

Latin superstar and “Prince of Reggaeton” J Balvin will be hitting the road next year, with 27 North American concerts scheduled for his Back To The Rayo Tour from March 20th to May 17th 2025.

These gigs follow the release of the Grammy Award nominee’s tenth studio album, “Rayo,” which was released in summer 2024.

The top cities J Balvin will be performing at include Atlanta, Boston, Orlando, Austin, Phoenix, Brooklyn and Las Vegas, with many more big cities featuring in between. Support artists for the J Balvin tour 2025 have not yet been revealed.
