Jack J with ContaineR and Naomie Klaus

ContaineR is the solo project of American-born, UK-based musician Ren Schofield. Since 2009, he has crafted a distinctive noise techno sound, blending noise-rock and tape music with rhythmic electronics and liberal distortion. Known for his off-kilter approach to electronic music, ContaineR has released numerous LPs and EPs, performing at club nights, festivals, and punk shows worldwide.

Jack J, born Jack Jutson in Australia and based in Vancouver, is a producer, songwriter, and performer known for his emotionally driven, genre-agnostic alternative pop. He co-founded the influential Mood Hut collective and is half of Pender Street Steppers. His musical style spans deep house, ambient jazz, and soft rock. Notable albums include "Opening the Door" (2022) and "Blue Desert" (2024), with popular songs like "Thirstin'".
