Jackyl, from Kennesaw, Georgia, is renowned for their Southern hard rock and no-frills heavy metal. Fronted by chainsaw-wielding Jesse James Dupree, they gained fame with hits like "Down on Me" and "The Lumberjack." Their 1992 debut went platinum, and they've toured with Ted Nugent and Aerosmith.
