Aruba-born singer/songwriter Wally Warning learned cuatro, moved to Europe at 17, and scored early-’80s hits in Holland with The World Needs Love and Land of Hunger. Later played bass touring with Sam & Dave and Lightnin’ Hopkins, then returned with roots-to-pop reggae and the 2007 summer hit No Monkey.
