Jenifer Yaël Juliette Dadouche-Bartoli, known mononymously as Jenifer, is a French pop singer and actress who rose to prominence as the winner of the first season of Star Academy France in 2002. Born in Nice, she achieved immediate commercial success in France, Belgium, and Switzerland with hit singles like "Au soleil" and "J'attends l'amour." Her extensive discography includes several multi-platinum albums, such as her self-titled debut and Le Passage, showcasing her evolution into introspective pop and R&B styles. In addition to her music career, she has starred in films and served as a coach on the television talent shows The Voice and The Voice Kids in France.
