Delivery and Accessibility of Tickets

There is a Delivery Delay in place until 10/7/24 for all hard tickets. The Mobile Tickets can be accessed 24 hours prior to show time.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Ticket Conditions

No refunds or exchanges. Event date & time subject to change. All ages are required to have a ticket for this event. Tickets are subject to cancellation if suspected of brokering or violating ticket limits. The Tennessee Theatre is not responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or purchased through third-party websites.

Parking Information

Free parking is available on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays in the State Street Garage located behind the Theatre.

Security and Entry Requirements

For the safety of all patrons, all persons & items entering the theatre are subject to screening by security officers & metal detectors. Prohibited items include:

• Weapons of any kind (including pocketknives)
• Illegal substances
• Cameras, audio or video recording devices (photo policy subject to change per event)

Patrons who fail to comply will not be admitted into the venue, or will be expelled from the venue, without refund.

Accessible Seating Details

Venue has ADA seating in various locations. Please call venue BOX office for these. Venue has Elevators, and ADA Facilities, ADA Parking, ADA ramps and Entrance. For more info call 865-684-1200.
