German jazz-rock band Jin Jim, formed in 2013, blends Latin, jazz, and rock with flamenco, Indian, and pop influences. Featuring Peruvian-born flutist Daniel Manrique-Smith, their innovative, rhythmically complex yet accessible sound earned them the "Futuresounds" award and recognition as a German jazz "shooting star". Notable albums include "Weiße Schatten" and "New Choices".
