Valid Government-issued ID required. This event is 19 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 19 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.

No Photos or Videos Policy

To keep the vibe pure and the connection deep, we are embracing a strict No Photos or Videos policy at this event. Phones are welcome but off the dance floor. Let's be fully present in the moment, lost in the music, and connected to each other.

While personal photography and filming are not permitted, official event photographers or videographers may capture content. By attending, you consent to being recorded and understand such media may be used for promotional purposes.

Tickets and Delivery

There is a delivery delay on all ticket purchases. You will receive your ticket(s) closer to the event date via e-mail. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of your event date, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Entry may be refused or revoked at any time for violation of these terms, disruptive behavior, or at management discretion. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Harassment Free Environment and Code of Conduct

Our events are a harassment-free space. We will not tolerate harassment of any kind toward patrons or staff. If someone or something makes you feel uncomfortable, please report it immediately to our staff or security. We are here to ensure you have a safe environment to dance and enjoy.

We reserve the right to remove any person from the event without refund for engaging in harassment, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

General Policies

Event details, including venue, performers, and schedule, are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of significant changes, but no refunds will be issued for changes outside our control.

Attendees assume all risks associated with attending this event. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Please look after your belongings and drink responsibly.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, power outages, natural disasters), we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the event without liability. Refunds will only be provided at our sole discretion.

We collect your email address and mobile phone number when you purchase a ticket to one of our events. This information is used strictly to deliver promotional content for upcoming events, pre-sale promo codes, and personalized offers via email and SMS. We do not sell your contact data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. This information is used only internally for our own marketing.
